FIELD: transportation of cargoes by flying vehicles; tying down cargoes on other transport facilities. SUBSTANCE: safeguard includes tying- down members and members for securing cargoes on pallets made in form of limiting stops; tying-down members are made in form of arches articulated to rods by means of transverse axle for successive turn relative to this axle by means of control system, mainly cable-operated control system to form barrier in case of emergency rise of longitudinal g-load and to place the arches in folded position in loading and unloading cargoes.
