FIELD: regulation of radiator valves. SUBSTANCE: device includes two parts: base and handle located for relative rotation and fixture limiting angle of turn of handle which consists of at least one stop and at least one limiter fitted in slot. Slot is made in base or in handle and stop is fitted in base or in handle. Part with stop is mounted for overlapping ends of part containing limiter for interlocking motion of limiter from device in at least preset range of angle of turn of handle including larger part of angle of turn.
