FIELD: equipment for manufacture of welding electrodes, in particular, manufacture of electrodes on continuous lines and units. SUBSTANCE: continuous line has mechanism feeding electrode rods and rod magazine, catching and feeding rollers and guide bushings, extrusion press and cleaning machine with disc deflector of rods connected with rotary drive. Disc deflector is installed on bar and includes disc and body. Catching and feeding rollers of feed mechanism of rods are installed for possible change of distance between them depending on rod length, in this case S=L-(2-5)d, where S is distance between axes of catching and feeding rollers; L is rod length; and d is rod diameter. Disc deflector is additionally provided with flexible member located between deflecting disc and body and adjusting screw installed on bar and connected with deflector disc through bearing unit. EFFECT: higher productivity of the line due to provision of continuous process, reduced power consumption and consumption of metal per unit of products. 3 dwg
