FIELD: instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: portion of powder-like medium is forced out into pipeline in succession by means of excess pressure. Forced out portion is displaced under the action of pulse in pipeline inlet part by fluidizing gas, and flow rate is determined by number and duration of pulse actions by fluidizing gas and by value and duration of excess pressure effect. Duration of fluidizing gas pulse effect exceeds or is equal to duration of powder-like medium forcing out into pipeline by excess pressure, but it is less than time of formed portion displacement along pipeline.
