Goal of invention is achieved by introduced interpolation regions counter 9, memory unit 10, comparison unit 11, interpolator 12, analog adder 13. This results in generation of continuous pedestal signal at output of interpolator 12. Said signal is added with small detail gate signal by means of adder 13.
