FIELD: equipment for keeping and rearing of fishes, such as those with closed-type swim bladder, and different kinds of hydrobionts. SUBSTANCE: fish tank has netted chamber with carcass, feed dispensing device and permanent floatability device and horizontal positioning system provided with anchors. Anchors are connected with carcass through guy ropes with floats. Fish tank is further provided with containers of variable-floatability and vertical positioning system with at least one flexible member of negative floatability. Flexible member has variable weight discretely increasing to free end. Weight of each discrete portion exceeds floatability variation of mentioned container due to variation of hydrostatic pressure within depth range equal to portion length. Fish tank provides improved fish keeping conditions by preventing fish tank from uncontrolled submersion and floating up and may be used in any water area with different hydrogeological modes. Fish tank of such construction may not be damaged by floating ice blocks, trash, oil spots and toxic algae masses. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 9 cl, 8 dwg
