FIELD: hydraulic transport of high-viscosity oils. SUBSTANCE: prior to mixing oil with water having weak-alkaline reaction, part of oil is treated with ozone at flow rate of from 8 to 15 g of ozone per kg of oil. Prior to feeding the viscous oil, ozonized oil is dispersed in flow of water having weak-alkaline reaction at flow rate not below 5% of volume of oil being pumped. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 cl
