SUBSTANCE: turning of section wall, the second from the section bending point with final angle of bending inherent in the right-hand part of the offered inequality, is effected in technological forming steps relative to top of section bending point, the second from the section bending point with final angle of bending inherent in the right-hand part of the offered inequality in direction of bending of section flange conjugated with the section bending point with final angle of bending inherent in the right-hand part of the offered inequality to attain in the last technological forming step of final angle of turn equalling the angle whose values is calculated by the offered dependence, or transverse compressing force is applied to section wall - the third form from the section bending point with final angle of bending inherent in the right-hand part of the offered inequality on the side of bending point - the fourth from the section bending point with final angle of bending inherent in the right-hand part of the offered inequality, and in all technological steps held is section wall - the second from the section bending point with final angle of bending inherent in the right-hand part of the offered inequality in plane of forming, in case when angle whose value is calculated by the offered dependence is larger than zero.
