FIELD: transport. SUBSTANCE: vehicle has base carrying crank-pedal drive with chain transmission and driven sprockets mounted on additional member, seat installed for movement along front part of base and fixing in any intermediate position, overrunning clutch for coupling drive with wheel, rear wheel, two front steerable wheels, handlebar connected with steerable wheels and embracing the driver from below. Front wheels are interconnected by propeller shaft drive. Base is made of parts hinge-connected connected by horizontal axle through shock absorber. Each front wheel is installed on hollow semiaxle accommodating shaft connected with wheel and installed for rotation, with outer end of shaft extending from semiaxle. Handlebar is made in form of yoke-shape curved tube coupled with wheels by means of rigid tie-rods installed for turning around vertical axles. Vehicle has extensible member made of driving shaft installed for rotation and accommodating bushings connected with shaft by sliding splined connection. Driven sprockets of chain transmission are mounted in driving shaft, and its bushings, at corresponding side, are coupled through propeller shaft drive with inner ends of shafts installed in each hollow semiaxle, outer ends of shafts being coupled with wheels through overrunning clutches.
