FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: this relates to drilling oil and gas wells and particularly to supporting-centering devices in bottom-hole layout of drilling string. Centralizer operation is of higher reliability due to preventing penetration of sludge drilling mud to radial and axial supports of centralizer. Vibration damper-centralizer has body with axial and radial passages, centering bush with ribs installed with possibility of rotation. Located between centering bush and body is wear-resistant resilient member with longitudinal slots. Installed in axial passage of body above radial passage is head-piece with tangential bores, and installed in radial bore is extendable head-piece with calibrated hole.
