FIELD: submersible centrifugal electric pumps for pumping various liquids, oil in particular, out of wells. SUBSTANCE: submersible pump has compensator including the base to which diaphragm and its casing are pressed by means of upper and lower shrouds. Compensator is provided with radial through holes at various levels for communicating the inner space between diaphragm and casing with string annulus. Some of these holes are made in diaphragm casing and some in base. Lower level of holes is located above level of upper shroud. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 dwg
