FIELD: hole and surface operations in search for reservoirs filled with hydrocarbons, for other mineral resources, for geological mapping. SUBSTANCE: each geophysical probe has as minimum one exciting and two measurement electrodes. Distances between measurement electrodes and exciting electrode and measurement electrode nearest to it are terms of series of type Lr= Lr-1+Lr-2, where r=3,4,...; L1=G; L2=2G and G is base of series. Adjacent terms of series can be used for selection of distances. EFFECT: improved functional characteristics of probe. 4 cl, 2 dwg
