FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves subcortically fixing transplant on interior tibial condyle at the base of lateral ligament, bringing it between capsular sheets along the injured ligament without opening the articulation cavity. After being stretched, the transplant is brought to a point behind the tendon of femur adductor muscle to form a loop and suture the transplant end in side-to-side mode.
