FIELD: drilling equipment for mining industry. SUBSTANCE: this is used for drilling bore-holes of various purpose. Roller bit support has roller-type bit and leg journal with locking ball bearing, hard-alloy pad on journal end and peripheral supporting sliding bearing, having hard alloy welded on journal. Hard alloy is welded on surface of supporting sliding bearing in the form of segment. Segment hard-face welded between shoulders extends in length over arc of journal circumference within interval of 90-120 deg. Total number of segments located on remaining length of journal circumference is not less than three. Segments adjoin alternately to shoulders with leaving grooves at opposite shoulders. Made in bearing shoulder are slots as continuation of grooves. Made in pad is at least one groove located over chord of pad. Design of support allows for increasing its longevity due to improved delivery of lubricating material to bearings of support. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 7 dwg
