FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: multistory garage construction is made up of vehicle stalls, carriage-way of inclined ramp used for ascending and descending of motor vehicles, and ventilation passages. Stalls are constructed of sectional prefabricated or monolithic three-dimensional components installed one upon other in columns. These components have longitudinal and end walls, floor slab, and mounting loops built in walls. Carriage-way at each storey is formed by slab which combines stall-columns together, thus creating stable systems. Inclined ramps are located between end walls of three-dimensional components combined in stable systems. Internal walls of adjacent stall-columns are provided with openings which convert garage structure into framed-type. Internal walls of adjacent three-dimensional components are connected by links. Ventilation passages are created by isolated spaces found between adjacent three-dimensional components. Anchor part of mounting loops is of length which is equal to height of walls, and it creates load-bearing vertical reinforcement framework. Working reinforcement of floor slabs of adjacent three-dimensional components is interconnected. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 cl, 6 dwg
