SUBSTANCE: translucent plane - parallel plates 4 are rigidly fastened in holders 10 and installed on axles 11 in casing 1 in mutually perpendicular planes with a drive. The drive is made in the form of cams 13, mainly cylinder ones. The cam working surfaces are made on a half of the cylinder of each cam 13 and shifted through 90 deg. relative to one another. Each cam 13 is engageable with the respective holder 10 spring-loaded to a stop through bearing 14 installed on the holder. Stops 10 are made in the form of lobes on the casing, or in the form of cylinder inoperative cams. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 cl, 4 dwg
