FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has receiving sleeve attached to the lower part of the prosthesis by means of adjustment member having cup 1 of the receiving sleeve rigidly joined with surface plate 2 having longitudinal (in frontal plane) hole which width is equal to that of rod 3, its length being equal to that of protrusion with adjustment stroke length in frontal plane added. Thickness of surface plate 2 is determined with sliding fit of protrusion of rod 3 taken into account. Rod 3 is pressed against surface plate 2 by means of screws 5 and washer 6. Horizontally positioned adjustment screws 4 pass through surface plate 2 and are screwed in into threaded holes protrusion of rod 3. Surface plate 2 and washer 6 are joinable into one piece. To do it, longitudinal groove for rod protrusions to be set and holes for tightening screws are to be produced. Longitudinal openings are to be produced in the rod for tightening screws to be directed in parallel to the longitudinal groove.
