FIELD: mechanical engineering; materials handling facilities; table vibrators, vibroshakers, oscillating conveyors. SUBSTANCE: working member 1 is coupled with trunks 4 of pistons 3 installed in cylinders 2. Cylinders are divided into hydraulic spaces 1 and pneumatic spaces 11. Distributing device 6 provides communication of pneumatic spaces with pneumatic line and discharge of compressed gas from spaces. Separate unit 7 communicating with hydraulic spaces 1 accommodates resilient gas-filled bodies in form of toroidal automobile pneumatic tubes 8. The latter are placed in communication with each other and with pneumatic line. Pistons and hydraulic spaces of cylinders are divided by diaphragms 11. Arrangement of pneumatic tubes in separate unit facilitates mounting and improves operating conditions. Communication of pneumatic tubes with each other and with pneumatic line provides control of rigidity of vibration machine flexible system. Owing to the fact that flow of liquid from hydraulic spaces into pneumatic spaces is prevented, pistons in cylinders can be installed with clearances.
