FIELD: plastic metal working, namely manufacture of flanged sleeves, lock nuts, tube plates of radiators and so on. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes mounted coaxially: die, punch, holder and means for preventing metal flow towards out-of-flange portion of part. Said means is in the form of closed bead of said holder, it has right-triangle cross section with inclined outer side and acute-angle apex turned to die and spaced from central axis by distance equal to that between center of part and its flange edge. Height of said bead is equal to difference of gap values between working surfaces of die and holder and between bead top edge and die in its limit low position. EFFECT: improved design. 7 dwg
