FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has strain gage having elastic member with four strain- measuring resisters assembled as resistance semi-bridge circuit, bearing member and measuring system. The elastic member is all-metal and has two disk-shaped thickenings joined by bars of rectangular cross-section having through openings between them. The inferior thickening is used for attaching the elastic member to the base. The casing is attached to the superior base. Flywheels are fixed on thickening rod.
