SUBSTANCE: this is intended for producing organic fertilizer and preparation of artificial soil with the help of various additives and other means, and this particularly relates to production of biohumus fertilizer by using earthworms. Biohumus preparation plant has top-open vessel which accommodates mixing working member, aeration facility made in the form of perforated tube with pipe union for delivery of compressed air. Also provided is device for discharge of biohumus. For better stability in maintaining optimal temperature conditions in processing manure into biohumus and ensuring loosening of manure being handled and also for keeping earthworms alive when working member is in motion, top-open vessel is provided with thermal jacket with pipe connection for water delivery. Thermal jacket is installed stationary and has cylindrical working portion and taper-shaped part in base. Working member is made in the form of rounded racks. Mounted on ends of rack pins are wheels. Guide members for aforesaid wheels are accommodated inside vessel. Aeration facility tube is installed in taper-shaped part of vessel. Perforated openings in tube are in the form of Z-like passages.
