FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: relative frequency difference of airborne (moving) and ground (stationary) generators is determined in one zone radio visibility of moving object depending on difference of time moments at which minimum divergence of time scales of airborne and ground generators is obtained, and moving object passes through point of beam. Moment of time when minimum divergence of time scales of airborne and ground generators is attained is determined in noninterrogation channel of ground object radio system, and moment of time when moving object passes through point of beam is determined in interrogation channel. EFFECT: higher accuracy of frequency-time synchronization of time and frequency standards. 7 dwg, 1 tbl
