FIELD: sewing industry. SUBSTANCE: convertible clothing is made in the form of jacket having strip, back and sleeves. Planks with punched blocks are positioned in upper part of strips and back. Cord is inserted into blocks through shoulder seam so that it may be tightened during conversion till planks are connected to form joint making knapsack bottom. Connecting link with inserted cord defines knapsack access opening. Belt is extending through strap disposed on back. Connecting link and belt are disposed at the level of waist. Belt ends fastened in metal semicircular members disposed in upper part of back define knapsack straps. EFFECT: increased convenience, wider operational capabilities and simplified construction. 3 dwg
