Pressure lever 2 in the form of corner rocker arm fitted with springs 7 strikes with its hammer section 2a hammer section 2a on dosing tank 50 equipped with common spraying tank, thereby causing spraying. Device 1 is prepared for operation by turning the lever counter-clockwise towards position 1. Different variants of actuating lever 60 allow setting of device so that almost in all positions it causes spraying with delay without sprinkling over people being in room.
