SUBSTANCE: butadiene- nitrile rubber is mixed with suspension-polymerization polyvinylchloride at 70:30 ratio in presence of stabilizer epoxy resin in amount 1-3 weight parts per 100 weight parts of polymer component mixture. Mixing is performed in rubber mixer at 170 ± 3 C for 7-9 min or at 160 ± 3 C for 14-16 min, rotation speed being 60 rpm. Use of high-toxicity heat stabilizers Ц heavy metal salts Ц is eliminated.
