SUBSTANCE: method involves distillation of the parent wine material and preparing crude alcohol followed by followed by distillation of crude alcohol and cognac alcohol preparing. Distillation is carried out in apparatus of scharant's type where heating device and vat are changed for microwave energy source, irradiating unit and evaporating chamber.
