Composition has also filling agents and polymeric film-forming substance at its ratio to allylamine compound = (0.5:1)-(25:1), respectively. Composition has polyvinyl acetate or copolymer of acrylic and methacrylic acid alkyl esters, or copolymer of maleic acid methylvinyl ester and monoalkyl ester as polymeric film-forming substance.
