FIELD: building materials production. SUBSTANCE: binder comprises gypsum and belite-containing component wherein slag powder technical belite being used as belite-containing component and inorganic pigment being additionally used. Binder comprises, mas.%: gypsum, 15-20; inorganic pigment, 0.5-5; slag powder technical belite, the balance. Ferrum-containing concentrate produced by heat treatment of exhausted dipping sulfate solution and/or hydrogen chloride solution of metallurgical industry or of casting and fording industry is used as mentioned above inorganic pigment. Cost of proposed binder is 30-40 % of that for prototype; expense of pigment for production the same decorative coloring is decreased twice. EFFECT: improved quality of desired product. 2 cl
