FIELD: mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, construction industry, automotive industry and some other branches of technology. SUBSTANCE: noise- protection material has at least one noise-protection layer based on organic binder with mineral filling agent in which capacity microspheres are used that present extracted fraction of ash-carry-over of thermal power stations using coal and magnetic layer based on organic binder with addition of barium ferrite. Mentioned microspheres have in total volume magnetic properties which provide for saving of relatively expensive barium ferrite thanks to usage of additional magnetic properties of filling agent, for increase of sound insulation properties due to exclusion of redistribution ( floating up ) of filling agent in noise-insulation layer, formation of runs and thinning of coat on inclined and bottom sections that is owing to maintenance of uniformity and homogeneity of coat.
