METHOD OF PREPARING RODENTICIDE AGENTS AND A RODENTICIDE AGENT Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: agriculture, rodenticides. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing biocide of indanedione and coumarin order with gel-forming component and water-soluble dye. Attractant (sugar powder) is added additionally to mixture. All dry components are mixed at 18-22 C and air humidity 80%, not above. Before mixing with biocide gel-forming component is stirred with attractant (sugar powder) for 0.5-1.0 h, then biocide is added and obtained mixture is stirred additionally for 1.0-1.5 h followed by addition of water-soluble dye. Diphenacin is used as a biocide and an agent has additionally gel-forming component, attractant (sugar powder) and water-soluble dye at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: diphenacin, 1.0-2.0; sugar powder, 5-20; water-soluble dye, 0.05-0.25; gel-forming component, the balance. Carboxymethylcellulose sodium can be used as a gel-forming component and nigrosin as a water-soluble dye. EFFECT: improved method of preparing, increased comfort for transport. 4 cl
