FIELD: medicine, pre-operational therapy. SUBSTANCE: sorbent is introduced into antrum of Highmore by microirrigator. Introduction is performed through perforation opening or fistula in projection of a hole of removed tooth. Sorbent is applied as an admixture (5.0-15.5 g of sorbent in hypertonic solution of sodium chloride). Daily detoxication control of mucosal membrane is conducted for 4-5 days. Osteoblennoplasty is carried out at positive result of the control. The latter is conducted by applying a paramecium test. EFFECT: higher efficiency to prepare antrum of highmore for osteoblennoplasty at perforative odontogenous highmoritis. 2 cl
