DOME-SHAPED COLUMN-STRUCTURE COVERING WITH CENTRAL HOLE AND METHOD OF ITS ERECTION Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: construction, applicable in construction of large-span coverings representing a flat or spatial column system with a central hole. SUBSTANCE: in the covering, using columns external and internal outlines, system of radial and ring girders, the internal outline is furnished with cantilevers projecting to the external side of the outline, attached to which are the radial girders. At erection, including installation of the external outline on the columns, assembly of the internal outline on the ground, lifting of it to the design elevation level, mounting of the radial and ring girders before lifting of the internal outline is accomplished on both sides of the outline all over around the edges, the outline is fixed in the suspended position, and mounting of the radial and ring girders is carried out up to the complete assembly of the covering by means of cranes installed beyond the external outline; then the covering is bowed, reducing the force at the hydraulic jacks stage by stage. EFFECT: adjustmentless assembly of covering, reduced scope of building and erection work, reduced consumption of materials. 3 cl, 2 dwg
