FIELD: cleaning pipelines and separating media. SUBSTANCE: used as structure forming components are the following components: rubber or 10-30-% solution, solvent - oil, diesel fuel or kerosene, filler - bitumen, component for cross-linking of molecules of structure forming components - monochloric sulfur at the following ratio of components per unit of volume of separator V* = 1 cu.m: solvent, 678.9/790.4 kg/l (diesel fuel, kerosene, oil), bitumen, 119.2 kg; rubber, 19.8 kg; monochloric sulfur, 5.9/3.5 kg/l; the required weighted portions of each component per definite volume Mi= Moi•V*/Vo are found from the following formulae: Mi, where M1 is mass of i-component; i, 1-4 (M2 - solvent; M3 - bitumen; M4 - rubber, and Moi - monochloric sulfur); Vo is mass of each component of i-component per volume unit V*; V*= SL - volume of separator determined from relationship M1, where S is section of pipeline and L is length of separator. Monochloric sulfur is introduced in the form of solution into solution of structure forming components at normal or at reduced or increased concentration; amount of solvent reaches 20% of total mass fraction. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
