SUBSTANCE: method deals with autotransplantation of gentle muscle's fragment introduced subcutaneously at paralyzed side of a face between mouth corner and zygomatic arch with simultaneous reinnervation and revascularization. To conduct muscular reinnervation it is necessary to use the whole hypoglossal nerve, moreover its descending branch should be connected with peripheral section of hypoglossal nerve and additionally neuroneurotization of muscular transplant should be conducted by sural nerve transplant connected to cheek branch of healthy facial nerve. EFFECT: higher efficiency to achieve decreased terms of rehabilitation in patients and improve cosmetic and functional results due to synchronous and symmetric facial movements with the help of gentle muscle, hypoglossal nerve and cheek branch of healthy facial nerve. 1 dwg
