Frame 1 with support 2 can rotate on pin 3 positioned in base of frame 1. Handle 5 is secured to support 2 by means of screws 4. Bracket 6 carrying side members 7 with belt 8 is mounted on upper horizontal fixed member of frame 1 at preset height. Support 2 is set on pin 3, thus forming hinged joint.
