FIELD: materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: device has steam pipeline, delivery pump installed on pipeline, pipe with cock to bleed steam, vacuum pump with liquid collecting cylinder with drop bottom. When discharging the liquid, vacuum is built in lower part of container, and gauge pressure is built in its upper part. As a result, liquid passes into cylinder and when it reaches a preset level, pickup stops electric motor. Atmospheric pressure is built in cylinder and when bottom and cock are opened, liquid gets into truck. Air passing along pipe accelerates process of cylinder cleaning. Two-tube rod installed inside container provides complete discharge of viscous liquid from horizontal containers at low temperatures. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 1 dwg
