FIELD: brewing. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of mash from ground malt and its conversion and filtration. Then hop and chicory are introduced and boiled. Main fermentation is conducted, and for increasing foam resistance alcohol is dispersed, and after it, afterfermentation is conducted with preparation of beer. EFFECT: increased beer resistance; enrichment of product with protein substances.
