METHOD FOR ERECTION OF VAULT-TYPE STRUCTURE OF BUILDING Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this can be realized in reconstruction of existing buildings. According to method, erection of vault-type structures is effected from flat strutted trusses with upper horizontal chord and lower vault-forming chord which are then connected to uprights of trusses at level of lower chord of beam trusses. After that, secured to bottom of beams are rod-like components which are located at definite pitch and perpendicularly to beams. Fastened underneath the rod-like components are two layers of reinforcing nets which are laid one upon other with displacement of openings. Placed atop is shuttering net and finally concreting is carried out by guniting procedure using fine-grain concrete mix up to producing completely integral covering consisting of concrete, rod-like components and nets. Shuttering net has openings which are equal to 0.2-0.4 of size of largest piece of concrete aggregate. Reinforcing nets are with size of openings which exceeds size of shuttering net openings by 8-11 times. Aforesaid method simplifies erection and concreting operations and reduces amount of materials needed with ensuring stability of structure. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg
