SUBSTANCE: device has guide 1 provided with a pair of levers composed of collapsible links 6-9 horizontally movable to enable the distance between them to be equal to interpupil distance. Convex rest member 26 is provided on the guide to enable the device to be set on the nose and fixed on the head by means of rubberized ribbon 27 attached to the guide. Other ends of the levers have rotating nipples 14 and 15 with holes being shaped as truncated cones for pipets, necks of flasks manufactured from elastic materials and containing drops to be built in. Before setting pipet or tip of other reservoir containing drops, levers links are to be set in the same plane. Then pipet, neck or tip are placed into the pipet opening and the links are put together. Nipple is rotated and lowered above the face until it touches it with rest pedicle 23 of the nipple, setting in this way the nipple above the eye.
