FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: according to method, thickening agent is injected into well. Used as thickening agent is water dispersion of residues obtained from water-purification stations. These residues are resulted from water purification by coagulation with aluminium sulfate or ferrum sulfate. Injection of thickening agent is carried out until injection pressure exceeds initial pressure by 30-50%. Application of aforesaid method increases oil recovery from beds which are nonuniform in permeability. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 tbl
