SUBSTANCE: pulse counter has series built up range of identical bistable ferride cells or modules in which outputs of preceding cells are connected to inputs of next ones through switching cells. Each cell has storage element with two windings and reed relays. Binary code of counted pulses shaped at device output is not destructed after disconnection of power supply.
