FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: brake system has disk brakes with support members able to move in plane of disk rotation and coupled with rod of auxiliary support cylinder which takes up reactive torque equal to value of brake torque at braking. Check valves are installed in hydraulic lines through which working liquid is delivered to working brake cylinders. System is also furnished with step hydraulic transformers. Output of each transformer is connected to corresponding hydraulic line between valve and working cylinder and input is placed in communication with brake master cylinder through three-position hydraulic distributor providing connection of input of hydraulic transformer with brake master cylinder or placing input of hydraulic transformer into communication with drain tank. Control of operation of each hydraulic distributor is provided by rod of corresponding support cylinder whose space is placed in communication with brake master cylinder. EFFECT: improved operation of brake system with automatic stabilization of brake torques by reducing liquid flow and energy consumption for operation of system. 2 cl, 2 dwg
