FIELD: furnace engineering; burning coal in furnaces of average capacity. SUBSTANCE: mechanical shearing grate includes rows of moving reciprocating grate bearers 8 with fire bars and fixed bearers 7 with fire bars and coal feed plate 4. Moving grate bearers are made in form of U-shaped bearing links which are supported by pins and are intended for swinging motion at deflection from vertical axis by means of rods 9 and motion hydraulic cylinder 11. Grate is divided into zones by means of partitions of wind boxes. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 dwg
