SUBSTANCE: first pipe line feeding oil to consumer is fitted with shut-off member for separating the oil system (oil reservoirs, fuel feed pumps, pipe lines, preheaters filters, etc.) and pipe line feeding oil to oil atomizers of boiler oil burners; brought in communication with oil line is system attachment including water pump, ejector, return pipe line, contaminated water receiving tank, mechanical mixer, preheater and shut-off members.
