SUBSTANCE: device is designed using self-exciting reverse-motion transistor converter and has additional controlled gate, which by-passes one of transformer secondary windings and separate feedback circuits which set operation modes of transistor and controlled gate. Additional units which check signals in feedback circuits and additional time-setting circuits provide possibility to detect anomalous modes and to break power supply.
