FIELD: polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has chamber to create dynamic bearer under material being processed, bearing plate placed behind chamber with holes to release working fluid from chamber, chamber for surface blow of band material with holes to feed working fluid, cooling liquid feeding means in the form of a porous member, and manifold to supply working fluid and cooling liquid. Above- mentioned porous member and a supplementary one are executed in the form of truncated cones with blind holes for manifolds to be connected. Truncated porous cone of cooling liquid feeding means faces, with its great base, lesser base of truncated supplementary cone. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
