FIELD: heat recovery at variable conditions and flow rates of heat- carrying agent from main process cycle. SUBSTANCE: plant has heat-recovery boiler 1 with drum 2, feedwater supply line 3, superheated steam discharge pipeline 4, heat-carrying agent supply channel 6. Drum 2 carries level gage 5 controlling through feed valve 7 feedwater flow at inlet of heat-recovery boiler. Superheated steam discharge pipeline 4 is provided with actuator having throttling element 10 controlling flow of superheated steam over pulsed transducer 8 responding to temperature difference between heating agent and superheated steam. EFFECT: provision for producing superheated steam of desired pressure in wide range of flow and heating agent temperature variations. 1 dwg qF
