FIELD: radiators for automobile transport, water-and-oil coolers, heat exchangers of electric transformers and refrigerating machines. SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger is made in form of plate stack 1 with holes having beads inserted one in other forming through tubular spaces in plate stack 1. Beads of holes are made in form of two stages 2 and 3; outer diameter of extreme stage 2 of bead is equal to inner diameter of second stage 3 of bead located at base of plate stack 1. One or more plates provided with beads may be pressed on outer surface of stage 3 of bead located near base of plate for increase of area of heat-transfer surface. Inner surface of extreme stage 2 of bead may be provided with circular grooves to enhance tightness and strength. Besides that, beads of holes of plates 1 or entire plates 1 may be coated with low-melting metals, sealing compounds or enamels to enhance tightness, strength and corrosion resistance.
