FIELD: inorganic fertilizers. SUBSTANCE: raw phosphate material is decomposed by acid solutions while simultaneously being ground on ball mill for 45-90 min, after which product is granulated. In the ball mill, drum rotation speed is 0.3-0.8 ncr, where ncr is arbitrary critical speed, and filling rate of the mill with balls is ϕ = 0.2-0.3, where ϕ is ratio of the mill volume occupied by balls before operation to the total mill volume. EFFECT: increased productivity and reduced power consumption.
