Horizontal partition wall is provided with openings and rod retainer is formed as plate with cylindrical recess, whose lower part is in contact through rubber gasket with cylindrical projection of housing outlet opening. Housing has rod retaining device providing continuous water flow. Main water economizer allows apartment flooding to be avoided.
